Payment Terms and Conditions :
These Payment Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") outline the payment structure and conditions for services rendered by Ninja Guru to the client Bagello Bags for digital marketing services, including website development and social media management.
1. Website Development:
- Advance Payment: The Client agrees to make an advance payment of 50% of the total project cost before the start of the website development project. This payment is non-refundable upon initiation of the project.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance of 50% will be due upon completion and finalization of the website. The Service Provider will deliver the completed website to the Client once the final payment has been received in full.
- No Return Policy: The Client acknowledges and agrees that the advance payment made before the commencement of the project is non-refundable, irrespective of any changes or cancellation of the project during or after its execution.
2. Social Media Marketing :
- Advance Payment: The Client agrees to make an advance payment of 35% of the total project cost before the start of the website development project. This payment is non-refundable upon initiation of the project.
- Second Payment: The Client agrees to make payment of 35% of the total project cost within 20 - 25days.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due upon next 20 - 25days of second payment.
3. General Terms:
- All payments must be made in INR or the agreed-upon currency via UPI / Neft
- Invoices will be issued by the Service Provider, and the Client must make payments according to the terms specified in the invoice.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services in case of non-payment or delayed payment beyond the agreed terms.
- By engaging in the services of the Service Provider, the Client agrees to these payment terms and conditions.
